In-person attendees: Remember that you must complete the vaccine verification link in your registration confirmation no later than October 11. Attendees who have not completed the online verification with CrowdPass by October 11 will not be admitted to the conference. And don't forget to pack your masks! We'll see you soon.

Venue

Most sessions will be held at the Renasant Convention Center.

Accommodations

The main conference hotel will be the Sheraton Memphis Downtown Hotel just across the street from the Renasant Convention Center and connected by an enclosed skybridge.

Traveling to Memphis

By air

The recently expanded Memphis International Airport is located 7 miles southeast of downtown Memphis. Clinton National Airport, Little Rock, Ark., is a 2-hour drive from downtown Memphis. Nashville International Airport is about a 3.5-hour drive.

Car rentals, taxis, and ride-app services (Lyft & Uber) are all available at Memphis International Airport to get from the airport to your final destination in Memphis.

By rail

The Amtrak City of New Orleans stops at Memphis Central Station as it travels between Chicago and New Orleans. The station is an easy, 2.3-mile trolley, cab or Uber/Lyft ride to the Sheraton Memphis Downtown Hotel.

By bus

Greyhound Lines and Megabus operate out of the MATA Airways Transit Center, about 10 miles south of downtown Memphis. Cabs and rideshare companies are available from the transit center to the Sheraton Memphis Downtown Hotel.

 

Getting around Memphis

Visit MATAtransit.com for trolley and bus routes, fares, and schedules. Memphis has three trolley lines serving downtown, the riverfront and medical district. The fare is $1, exact change required.
